From the CEO

Thank you to those who were able to join us in our recent celebration to launch the Way of the Cross Memorial Gardens and Priest Mass. Thank you also to all CC&C staff who have worked so hard this year to create new initiatives for helping our funeral directors and families.

As announced in this issue of The Journey we have implemented many pro-active measures designed to make organising a funeral with us easier, from extended bookings to simplified processes and affordable pricing.

We appreciate the value of our clergy and funeral directors to our business and will continue to work with you to increase our service levels and standards. We welcome your feedback and suggestions and look forward to your continued support in the New Year.








A-Frames at Burial Sites

Each service will now have an A-Frame positioned at the grave site, chapel and crematorium. For identification purposes for families and staff the signs will list:

  • - Name of the deceased
  • - Time of the service
  • - Name of the funeral director

This will be organised by CC&C staff and be positioned prior to the commencement of the service.
